Questions on Platform Policies?

Check our detailed technical documentation and official user portal for implementation guidance.

01

Acceptance of Terms & Hardware Ecosystem

By acquiring, pairing, provisioning, or accessing smart switches, automated dimmers, power metering relays, underfloor heating modules, or smart boiler management units supplied under the Ignitisttoki trademark, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this legal agreement.

If you represent a commercial facility, electrical engineering enterprise, or home automation integrator, you declare that you hold legitimate authorization to bind that entity to these operating principles. Access to smart electrical cloud interfaces and local application software is granted strictly subject to continuous compliance with these provisions.

02

Firmware & Embedded Software Licensing

All firmware preloaded onto Ignitisttoki hardware controllers, wireless bridge coordinators, and connected relays remains the intellectual property of the provider. Users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to execute the software solely within authentic hardware modules.

Licensing Boundaries and Rules:

  • Decompilation, reverse engineering, extraction of cryptographic keys, or unauthorized disassembly of binary firmware payloads is strictly prohibited.
  • Automated over-the-air (OTA) updates may be delivered to hardware nodes to maintain wireless stability, Zigbee mesh integrity, and protection protocols.
  • Modifications to microcode that bypass factory power rating thresholds, voltage sensors, or thermal cut-off safeties terminate all platform support immediately.

Users must maintain up-to-date firmware versions to ensure proper synchronization with Matter and smart ecosystem coordinators.

03

Electrical Safety, Installation & High-Voltage Compliance

Smart electrical controllers, in-wall relays, micro-modules, and heating thermostats operate under mains voltage (110V–250V AC). Proper wiring, load calculation, and physical deployment require strict adherence to national and regional electrical codes.

Qualified Installation

All high-voltage wiring and distribution board retrofits should be performed by qualified electrical specialists following local wiring regulations.

Nominal Load Thresholds

Never exceed rated amperages for smart relays, underfloor heating mats, or multi-gang dimmers to preserve circuit integrity.

Users acknowledge that ignoring specified wattage limits or bypassing protective grounding voids hardware operational safety declarations.

04

Account Security & Node Access Control

When configuring cloud automation accounts, central hub bridges, or remote telemetry dashboards, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of administrative credentials, access tokens, and local encryption keys.

You agree to implement multi-factor authentication where supported and to notify system administrators of any unauthorized access or compromise of cryptographic keys. Sharing administrative rights with unverified third parties occurs at the user's sole risk.

05

Telemetry, Connectivity & Automation Mesh

Connected smart switches, energy monitoring relays, and climate controllers transmit real-time telemetry, including wattage consumption, temperature readings, ping intervals, and relay status events. Transmission of this telemetry enables intelligent automation routines and load optimization.

We strive to maintain continuous availability of cloud coordination services, yet we do not warrant that wireless mesh networks, cellular bridges, or third-party Internet service providers will operate without interruption or packet latency. Essential life-support or high-hazard systems must never depend solely on wireless automation relays.

06

Intellectual Property Rights & Trademarks

All software interfaces, user application code, visual assets, diagrams, circuit designs, interface widgets, brand styling, and technical documentation associated with Ignitisttoki are protected by international intellectual property legislation.

No user or enterprise is granted permission to use the brand name, logotypes, patented enclosure designs, or proprietary communications protocols without explicit prior written authorization.

07

Operational Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the hardware and software services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We disclaim all implied representations regarding continuous network availability or specific computational outcomes.

Under no circumstances shall the platform operators, manufacturing partners, or software engineers be held liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from power grid fluctuations, lightning surges, incorrect wiring, incompatible third-party appliances, or loss of operational data.

08

Governing Jurisdiction & Policy Updates

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable commercial and civil legislation. Any legal dispute arising out of or related to these provisions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent arbitration authorities.

We reserve the right to revise, update, or amend these terms periodically to reflect new hardware capabilities, security advancements, or statutory updates. Continued interaction with the hardware ecosystem following any published revisions constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
